Post-operative lymphatic drainage is a major part of the menu. The spa says clients can attend massages while surgical drains are still in place, and recommends starting massage three to five days after a procedure. For cosmetic surgery recovery, the spa suggests two to three lymphatic drainage sessions a week for about three months, followed by maintenance sessions. Single sessions are $90, and packages are $255 for 3 sessions, $480 for 6 and $600 for 8. Body molding and cellulite massage packages use the same session counts and prices.

Some body treatments are timed to recovery. Wood therapy is offered two to three months after surgery, depending on healing, and cavitation is given according to the stage of recovery.

Visits begin with paperwork. First-time visitors are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete it. Massages are typically 45 minutes, and any time lost to a late arrival is deducted from that session.

The spa's online booking runs through the MINDBODY app or an account set up from the website. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, and Friday and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm. Clients can call (310) 894-4310 or (310) 883-8821, or email rbdayspa@gmail.com.

The spa also sells its own skincare and post-op accessories under the RB Essentials line, including BBL pillows, faja liners and sleeping accessories.
