Appointments are requested through the online booking page. Each request is reviewed and approved before it is confirmed, and a $25 nonrefundable deposit after approval holds the time. The appointment is not confirmed until that deposit arrives. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair detangled, and late arrivals may need to be rebooked depending on the service. Cancellations and changes should be requested as early as possible, since deposits are nonrefundable once booked.

Base service price sets what a client pays, and the total may shift with hair length, volume and extras. According to the home page, knotless braids begin at $150. Styles done without added weave cost $50 less. For braided styles, hair is supplied in natural shades 1, 1B, 2 and 4; in any other shade, clients provide their own hair unless it has been arranged beforehand.

Styles are customized to each client's look, length and finish preferences, with attention to neat parts and a balanced result that looks finished from every side.
