Haircuts are made custom for each guest. The aim is to bring out natural texture, suit each face shape, and leave hair looking good from day to day with less effort. Clients are also taught how to style their own hair. The menu covers bangs and face frame trims, curly cuts, clipper and scissor cuts, makeovers for short or long hair, and blow dry styling.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The booking schedule opens on the first of each month for the following month. When no appointments are open, clients can join a waitlist to be told about cancellations or openings.

Education is offered online and in person. Shadow Day is a full day of watching Randa at work, with demonstrations and one-on-one instruction, running 10:00 am to 5:00 pm for $600. It begins with a 9:45 am meetup and ends with a 5:00 pm debrief. Shadow Days are offered on select days each month and are booked through the contact page, first come, first served. A spot is confirmed once the Square invoice is paid, and an unpaid invoice releases the spot to the next person after 24 hours. Requests to host a class go through the contact form and should include the salon name, address and capacity.
