The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on weekends. Each service is listed with a starting price and an estimated time. Many color and foil prices already include specific items such as a color bowl, a B3 additive or a K18 treatment. The Pure Brazilian Blowout Clear smoothing treatment is priced at $300 and takes about three hours. The studio describes it as formaldehyde free and says results can last up to 10 to 12 weeks with proper care.
A free 30-minute consultation covers hair history and goals. Color correction and fashion color must be discussed in a consultation before booking. Color correction is priced at $100 per hour, the price varies, and the work may take several sessions.
Booking means accepting the studio's policies, and questions can be sent by email or text. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half of the scheduled services, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting the studio counts as a no-show. Without a card on file, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book, and it goes toward the appointment. Changes to services or appointments need 72 hours' notice, and hair adjustments must be requested within 72 hours.
Complex color work is planned around a consultation first, so color correction and fashion color are only booked after one.
