About

The business started in a small room with one service provider, and eyebrow services were its first offering. It moved into a larger space in 2022 and now works with a team of estheticians, brow artists and a massage therapist.

New clients can book a complimentary consultation to talk through their skin and concerns. Clients are asked to share every product they use on their face so the estheticians can confirm which treatments suit them. Home care products are optional, and products needed for a few days after certain treatments are included in the service price. Retail products brought in to review with an esthetician can earn up to 10% off.

Facials range from a 60-minute signature facial with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage and a mask, to a 90-minute luxury facial that adds LED light therapy and a hydrojelly mask. Advanced options include a MandeliClear peel designed for hyperpigmentation, a Rezenerate facial, Procell microchanneling, a SWiCH Circadia treatment and an oxygen treatment. Peels are not given as a first facial; newcomers begin with an enzyme treatment. The salon says Procell redness usually fades within 24 hours and involves about 90 minutes of downtime. Acne treatments require a consultation before booking and run 30 to 40 minutes.

Waxing staff wear gloves and disinfect tools such as tweezers and scissors with hospital-grade disinfectant, and they do not double dip. High frequency is used after waxing to calm the skin, and clients prone to breakouts should say so before the appointment. Hair should be about two to three weeks of growth; Brazilian and underarm waxing work best at two weeks, and leg waxing at three weeks, though legs can be done at two. Clients who may take an over-the-counter antihistamine before waxing should speak with their doctor first and bring their own antihistamine cream.

Massage options include a 30-minute targeted massage for specific areas of concern, a 60-minute signature massage and a 90-minute luxury massage, using myofascial, Swedish and deep tissue techniques. Techniques also include stretching, hot towels, foot reflexology, aromatherapy, facial massage, hot stone therapy, and prenatal massage on request. Reiki is also offered. Facials are available to pregnant and nursing clients, who should tell their esthetician so precautions can be taken, since some products and ingredients cannot be used. Gift certificates are available.

Works with clients' natural circadian rhythms to support skin health, according to the salon.
