The studio describes waxing as a quick, budget-friendly way to remove unwanted hair, with results lasting up to four weeks. The menu covers the face, body, and bikini and butt areas, and several packages bundle common combinations together. Prices are listed as subject to change.

Before a visit, hair should be about a quarter inch long, which usually means letting it grow for up to three weeks. Clients are asked not to shave between appointments, to exfoliate in the shower the day before (not the same day), and to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and marijuana beforehand. Clients who are sensitive to pain may take an ibuprofen-type pill at least 30 minutes ahead.

For the 24 hours after waxing, swimming, hot tubs, baths, workouts, and long sun or tanning exposure are discouraged. Gentle exfoliation can begin two days after the appointment and then continue about every other day.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least six hours' notice through the reminder confirmation link, and late changes carry a fee of half the service price. No-shows are charged half the scheduled amount to the card on file unless the studio is contacted in advance. A six-minute grace period applies to waxing, and services to be removed from a booking also need six hours' notice. First-time clients planning a special occasion are advised to book at least four weeks ahead.

Menstruating clients may be waxed and are asked to use a tampon or menstrual cup during the visit. Waxing during pregnancy is described as possible, and clients should mention it when booking. Clients under 18 need parental consent, and a parent or guardian attends the first appointment to sign a form. Children may be in the studio if they stay seated, and the studio should be told in advance.
