The head spa menu has four tiers that differ by length and cost. The Standard Head Spa runs 45 minutes for $90, the Polished Deluxe runs 75 minutes for $145, the Polished Spa Signature runs 90 minutes for $175, and the Polished Spa Ultimate runs 100 minutes for $195. These treatments are designed for natural hair and are not offered to clients who have hair extensions or braids.

For skin, the facial list includes a 30-minute Mini Facial for $50 and several 60-minute steam facials priced at $75 to $85, including versions for acne, for men, and built around vitamins or oatmeal. Diamond Peel and microdermabrasion sessions, each 60 minutes at $95, are also on the menu. Brow and face hair removal is done by threading, which pulls hair from the root with cotton thread. Eyebrow tinting is matched to the client's natural shade and can cover grey.

Booking is by phone. Salon staff say they wear gloves during services, that tools are sterilized in an autoclave, and that nail mats, files and buffers are discarded after each use. The salon states its technicians are licensed.
