Clients can book a free consultation lasting about 15 minutes. A non-refundable deposit is needed at booking to secure an appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and may bring a charge of up to 50% of the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full.
