Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 2 PM. The business is closed on Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Membership plans give a monthly service credit that can be used on any service, with 10% off full lash sets and facials. Unused monthly credit rolls over, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books through the services page.
