Radiante Aesthetics

Radiante Aesthetics is a non-surgical aesthetic and wellness clinic with one location in Tigard, Oregon and another in Kennewick, Washington. The business describes itself as a premier medspa. Visits are booked by appointment.

Neurotoxin treatments are offered with Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Daxxify, and are aimed at softening the look of lines and wrinkles. A session usually takes under 30 minutes with no downtime. Changes are generally noticeable within 2 to 7 days, full by about two weeks, and typically last around 3 to 5 months. Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid to restore volume and smooth fine lines, and can be placed in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and nasolabial folds. Filler appointments usually run 30 minutes to 2 hours, and results typically last 6 to 24 months depending on the filler and area. Clients who are pregnant or nursing are not eligible for filler or neurotoxin treatments.

PDO thread lifts are a non-surgical option for loose or sagging skin on the face and neck. The threads are made of polydioxanone, a material also used in surgical sutures. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand, and downtime is minimal, with mild swelling and bruising usually settling within a few days. The clinic gives results lasting 3 to 6 months for areas around the mouth, fine lines and lip enhancement, and up to 2 years for brow, neck and lower face lifting.

Wellness services include IV hydration, also called IV drip therapy, which delivers fluids with electrolytes, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients through an IV line. The nutrient blend is customized to each client's needs, and an infusion usually takes 30 to 90 minutes. Most clients can return to normal activities right after. The clinic recommends a consultation with a healthcare provider first and lists possible side effects as vein irritation, bruising at the injection site and allergic reactions. Trigger point therapy is also offered after an evaluation, for muscle tightness in areas such as the neck, shoulders and lower back.

Memberships add monthly credit to a Radiante wallet: Essential Glow at $99 per month, Signature Wellness & Beauty at $179 per month, and VIP Luxe at $299 per month. Credits roll over for three months and cannot be combined with promotions. Payment plans run through Cherry Technologies, a buy now, pay later service with no hard credit checks. The business says 0% APR options are subject to eligibility, and that interest-bearing Cherry plans have APRs as low as 5.99%.
