A visit usually begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which can be booked by call, text or online. The team takes time to learn about each client's concerns, explain the options and tailor the visit to their goals. Chemical peels require a consultation and a patch test at least 24 hours before the appointment, plus a signed consent form. A Customized Facial runs 50 minutes and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and a mask, starting at $125. Nano Infusion uses NanoStamp 360 technology and is priced at $175 for 45 minutes.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations made on shorter notice, and for no-shows, the salon may charge 50% of the booked service price. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $100, $150 and $200, or in a custom amount, and cannot be refunded once purchased.
