Radiant Skin RN has been operating for seven years, according to the studio. It is located on East Street in Golden, about a block from Natural Grocers, and serves clients from Arvada, Wheat Ridge and Morrison as well as mountain towns such as Evergreen, Conifer, Genesee and Bailey.

The studio describes itself as a medical spa with a focus on facial aesthetics, and names anti-aging and acne treatment as its specialties. Injectables include BOTOX, Jeuveau and dermal fillers from Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella and Vollure. SkinVive PRFM and PRFM lip rejuvenation are also offered, and both require contacting the studio for details. Plasma skin tightening, including the Jet Plasma Pen, and PDO threads round out the medical offerings, and Latisse and weight loss options are available on request.

Facial treatments include HydraFacial, micro-channeling, medical micro-channeling with PRP and dermaplaning. The studio says HydraFacial suits all skin types with no downtime and suggests monthly sessions for ongoing maintenance. Each treatment moves through cleansing and peel, extraction, hydration and a serum infusion, and a customized boost can be added, with Britalive and Dermabuilder available. A 40-minute signature HydraFacial is $165, and one with a specialty serum is $199. The studio says the system uses patented Vortex-Fusion technology and calls it award-winning.

Lashes and laser hair removal are the other main categories. Xtreme Lashes are applied one by one to each natural lash by a certified Xtreme Lashes stylist. A full set is $275 and takes about 150 minutes, and two-week or three-week touch-ups are $75 or $120. Laser hair removal covers many body areas and typically takes three to six sessions, using a laser the studio says works on all skin types. Brazilian and bikini laser treatments are not offered for men.

Appointments are required; walk-ins aren't accepted. Free consultations are available. Late-afternoon openings sometimes come up, so clients can text the studio to ask whether one is open. Extra Saturday slots can be requested by texting Heather Nakamura directly. Treatment details are kept strictly confidential. Clients can pay for aesthetic services over time with CareCredit financing. Gift cards come in $30, $50, $75 and $100 values, or in a custom amount. Parking is in the upper lot, and the entrance is through the double doors on the south side of the building. According to the studio, Colorado Community Media voted it the best Botox provider in its Best of the Best Golden competition.

Treatments are medically led and tailored to each client, with the stated aim of natural-looking results and clients feeling good about their skin and lashes.
