Believe In Yourself Spa began as founder Kim Mattei's idea to offer personalized facials and skin treatments. It has since grown into five independent businesses sharing one location, offering facials, massage, Botox, medical aesthetics, nails and head spa. The spa is a few blocks from Ralston Valley High School and Freedom Street Food Hall, and it describes itself as a collective of beauty, wellness and aesthetics.

Treatments are individualized to each client's skin, body and personal goals. Some services require a consultation, and the spa asks clients to call if they are unsure whether they need one. Hours vary by provider. Prenatal massage is offered without hot rocks, which are not used during pregnancy. Glam X lash and brow services and Beauty By Lauryn Karis nail and head spa services are booked through their own providers. Medical Aesthetics services are priced on contact. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 or more hours notice, late cancellations incur a 50% charge and no-shows a 100% charge. Late arrivals may shorten a session. No deposit is required. The spa says it follows the highest sanitation standards. It also states that outcomes differ from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, body and goals, with the aim of building confidence rather than dependence.
