The studio describes its approach as soulful skincare that combines advanced techniques with holistic and ancient healing practices. It says it supports skin through aging by strengthening and nourishing it rather than fighting it.

Visits are by appointment only, and they can be booked online through the scheduling system or by phone or email. Clients who book a first facial start with an in-depth consultation and skin analysis, followed by a customized cleanse, exfoliation, mask and facial massage, with extractions as needed and personalized home care guidance.

The Acne Bootcamp runs on the Face Reality system for new and returning clients. It begins with a detailed consultation, skin and acne type analysis, and a review of lifestyle and triggers, followed by a customized routine and a first acne facial. Follow-up facials are ideally booked every two weeks, and virtual consultations by Zoom or FaceTime are available to clients outside the studio, with Face Reality products purchased separately.

Massage therapy includes customized 60, 75 and 90 minute massages, prenatal and postnatal massage after the first trimester, and Thai on the Table, a Thai-style massage performed on a table with assisted stretching. Ayurveda is offered as a separate track, including a 90-minute Wellness Mapping assessment, a take-home herb or oil, and the Marma Body and Soul Treatment. Reiki sessions come in 60 and 90 minute lengths, and a Reiki Mini Session is available as a facial add-on.

The salon also sells skincare products and gift cards through an online shop, and clients can order products by text or email for shipping. The website includes an Ingredient Checker tool. Complimentary parking is available on site, and the location has accessible entry.

Each service is adjusted after learning the client's goals and skin concerns, blending advanced techniques with holistic and ancient healing practices.
