The massage menu includes relaxing, deep, cupping, craniosacral and couple massage, plus lymphatic drainage with a version for post-surgery recovery. Couple massage is a session for two people in the same room. A hot stone or aromatherapy add-on runs five minutes and can be paired with a massage. Body options also include a full-body exfoliation and a back-focused cleansing and exfoliating treatment. Facial treatments include deep facial, a deep facial with radiofrequency, microdermabrasion, AquaFacial and dermaplaning. Microneedling is offered with platelet-rich plasma made from the client's own blood, and with PDRN. Both microneedling with PRP and PRP scalp therapy require a professional consultation first. Lindete Aja develops customized skincare plans around each client's needs.

Waxing is offered for women and for men, from small areas to full body. Women's options include Brazilian wax, a Brazilian wax with a vajacial, and whitening for the bikini area, knees and underarms. Aja Sugar Wax, a sugar and chamomile formula developed by Lindete Aja, is used in the salon and sold for guided home waxing. Laser hair removal is available for women and men and may take several sessions. Clients are asked to shave the area the day before, to avoid waxing, tweezing or electrolysis for at least four weeks beforehand, and to limit tanning and sun exposure and use SPF 30 or higher afterward.

Digital gift cards from $100 to $1,000 are delivered by email. Recipients contact the spa to choose a service and book. Cards are redeemed only at the Pompano Beach location for eligible services and do not expire where Florida law requires, with no inactivity fees. Sales are generally final, and refund reviews must be requested within 14 days of purchase and before the card is used. The spa partners with In Good Hands Care, a wellness clinic in the same building that offers IV therapy, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, telemedicine and aesthetic treatments. Those services are provided by the clinic, not by Aja Spa, and gift cards are not accepted for them unless the spa confirms in writing.
