The spa serves clients from across Tucson and nearby communities such as Vail, Corona and Sahuarita. It is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 8pm.

The facial menu ranges from a 50 minute standard facial to a 75 minute deluxe facial, with a monthly speciality facial that rotates each month and a back facial, also called a rejuvenating back treatment. Facials use organic products meant to nourish and hydrate the skin. Skincare treatments include microneedling, which uses a dermapen after a local numbing agent, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, plant-based acid peels and skin irregularity removal. Plasma fibroblast is offered as a non-surgical treatment for areas such as under-eye bags, crow's feet, fine lines, jowls, neck and stretch marks; the salon does not list a price for it.

Lash services include individually applied lash extensions, classic and volume sets, fills every two to three weeks, and removal, along with semi-permanent lash and brow tinting. Waxing uses hard wax for sensitive areas like the face, underarms and bikini, and soft wax for larger areas such as arms, legs and back. There is a separate menu of waxing services for men.

Booking is available online through Vagaro, and gift certificates can be purchased online. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services. If a client missed an appointment and was charged, the charge can be applied to their next service when they reschedule. Clients are asked to tell their esthetician which chemical products they already use before a peel.
