Facial visits begin with a skin analysis and a personal consultation, and every service is adjusted to the client's needs. Customized facials address concerns such as breakouts, dehydration and rosacea. Anti-aging options include red LED light therapy, collagen induction and microcurrent. Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive exfoliation using fine crystals and controlled suction, and most clients see their best results over a series of sessions a few weeks apart. The PCA Skin line covers PCA Facials, PCA Skin Peels, a Detox Gel Treatment and a combined peels and treatments line. Using PCA Skin daily products for 10 to 14 days beforehand is recommended but not required, clients should avoid tanning beds and prolonged sun for 14 days before a peel, and retinoids and strong exfoliants are paused about five days before.

Makeup services include bridal and event makeup, on-site makeup for bridal parties, bridal trials, one-on-one makeup refreshers and party packages. Bridal work includes skin preparation, custom enhancements and lash application. One-on-one lessons help clients recreate looks at home. Lash lift and tint lifts and darkens natural lashes without extensions. Brow henna is a natural tint that shapes and defines brows, and semi-permanent tinting is available for brows and lashes. A brow lift treatment sets brow hairs for up to eight weeks, with an optional brow tint. Body waxing covers the underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian (women only), and facial waxing covers brow arching, sideburns, cheeks, upper lip, chin and full face. Facial waxing begins with a hydrating pre-cleanse, uses Depileve film wax suited to sensitive skin, and ends with a replenishing post-cleanse and color correction.

Booking can be made online through the calendar, or by phone. Clients are asked to book ahead to secure a preferred time, and a credit card and phone number are required to reserve an appointment. Gift cards are available, and holders of a gift certificate must give the voucher number to hold their time. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete a medical history form. Clients more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, and the same fee applies. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead incur a fee that depends on the service missed, capped at $50 and charged to the card on file. In a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the fee may be applied to future services.
