The Bulverde studio is a private home studio at Johnson Ranch and works by appointment only. The exact address is shared once a booking is confirmed. The San Antonio location is inside Live Hydration Spa SA on La Cantera Terrace, and the business serves both San Antonio and Bulverde.

The facial menu is wide, from a free skin analysis and consultation and a 45-minute tween and teen facial for ages 10 to 17, to seasonal Circadia-based treatments, oxygen and LED options, microdermabrasion and hydradermabrasion, and a couples package. Several facials use Circadia skincare, and mobile facials use professional-grade products. Makeup services include a one-on-one makeup lesson tailored to skill level, a full face glam with a personalized trial, and a bridal package that also includes a trial. Day-of wedding touch-ups can be added for an additional fee. Waxing covers the upper lip, underarms and full legs, and the menu also includes a signature body scrub.

Booking details: cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may shorten the appointment with the full fee still applied, and arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show, which is charged 50% and may require prepayment for future bookings. Booking deposits range from $10 to $75 depending on the service. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
