A first visit begins with a personalized skin consultation, a professional skin analysis and a treatment plan. Treatments are customized at every visit instead of following a fixed protocol. Most clients add one or two enhancements to a facial.

The menu blends Korean-inspired skin rituals, regenerative treatments, botanicals, gua sha and sculpting massage, and modern skin technology. The Collagen Regenerative Signature Ritual is needle-free and combines nano-infusion, vitamin A, growth factors, peptides and liposomal delivery. The Korean Cellular Renewal Experience pairs PDRN and growth factors with spicules and a carboxy oxygen treatment. The aging-well regenerative facials and the Korean Glass Skin Ritual are both suggested as a series of three to six treatments, spaced three to four weeks apart.

Bridal clients can choose the Bridal Radiance and Restore Ritual, the Korean Bridal Glass Skin Glow Ceremony, or a 90-day experience. The 90-day experience includes three customized Korean facials scheduled 90, 60 and 30 days before the wedding, a home care plan and ongoing support, plus a complimentary 40-minute bridal skin reset 48 hours before the event. The spa accepts a limited number of bridal clients each month, and bridal parties of two or more who book together, including the bride, receive 10% off each facial.

Memberships are available for monthly sessions: a Restore and Reset membership in 60- or 90-minute versions, and a Customized Korean Skin Ritual membership in 60- or 90-minute versions. Memberships are billed monthly to a credit or debit card, require a three-month minimum commitment and then continue month to month. Before any facial, clients are asked to stop exfoliants, retinol or prescription topicals for three to five days and to schedule Botox or filler at least two weeks before or after treatment. Appointments must be confirmed the day before, or they are treated as canceled.

The spa focuses on barrier-focused, long-term skin health, using botanicals, Korean-inspired rituals and modern skin technology. Treatments are planned around each client's skin on the day of the visit.
