Facials combine skin care with massage, aromatherapy and botanical-derived masks. Each facial is adjusted to the client's skin condition, with the exfoliation, masks and finishing products chosen for that skin. Clients can add technology such as Nano Infusion, MicroCurrent, LED and red light therapy, and oxygen treatments. The Nano Infusion facial uses a device to create microscopic pathways in the skin to help skin care ingredients absorb, with little to no downtime, and no needles are involved.

The menu is organized around concerns and goals. Deep Cleanse treatments are built for congested, breakout-prone skin. Enzyme and lymphatic treatments address dullness and the look of puffiness. Oxygen and Turn Back the Clock treatments are offered for dehydrated, dry and mature skin. The most extensive option, the Signature GLOW, runs about three hours and combines oils, several masks, extractions, massage and multiple technologies.

Between full facials, clients can book maintenance packages of four or eight sessions. These are not full facials; they mix MicroCurrent, Nano Infusion and lymphatic treatments and are meant to follow a full facial. The custom plan for these is discussed at the appointment, and they cannot be booked online.

Memberships and coaching are also available. Membership tiers include a monthly plan with a discount on services and products and a free service add-on, and a higher tier that includes one premium facial a month. Virtual skin coaching is a one-on-one online consultation covering skin concerns, routine, products, ingredients, lifestyle and goals, and it is open to clients who live outside the Santa Monica area.
