Facials can be built around the client. The Radiance Special is a custom 50-minute facial for first-time clients that opens with a skin analysis, so the rest of the appointment follows what the skin needs. Other facials follow set formats, including a 50-minute pumpkin enzyme facial for all skin types, a pumpkin facial with retinol that is not recommended for sensitive skin, and a 90-minute High Maintenance Facial that adds scalp and facial massage, arm, shoulder and neck massage, and light therapy.

For concerns beyond a standard facial, the menu includes the Skin Works Corrective Facial, a 60-minute treatment using active ingredients for acne, hyperpigmentation or anti-aging concerns. Nano Infusion is a 45-minute non-invasive treatment aimed at fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, acne and scarring, and the business notes it has no downtime. Dermaplane services, a back treatment and lash lifts round out the menu, and the portfolio shows a gentleman's treatment and monthly treatments with home care.

Hours are Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3:30 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 2:30 PM, with Monday and Tuesday closed. Cancelling with at least 48 hours' notice carries no fee, shorter notice is charged half the service, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service. Clients more than 10 minutes late are rescheduled and charged a $20 retainer, and no-shows pay the full service price, with rebooking requiring payment at the time of booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
