Color is customized for each client rather than chosen from a set formula. Keratin treatments can be booked alone or paired with a haircut or with color, and the booking menu lists the combined appointment lengths. Deep treatments and shampoo-and-style visits are available for clients who want maintenance between bigger services.

Alongside the hair work, the studio offers extensions, up-do styling and a wedding services consultation, and it will style hair for events away from the studio for an additional 25% travelling fee. Hours are set by day, with the studio open Monday through Sunday and some afternoons closing early.
