The salon aims to give each client a personal experience shaped around their needs and daily life. Its color and cutting work leans toward styles that are easy to keep up and color that looks natural.

New clients book a consultation before their first appointment. These take about 15 minutes, are free, and can be arranged in advance by Fresha message, email or text. A refreshing beverage is offered during consultations. Clients planning a new color service or style are asked to message their professional before booking.

Booking runs through Fresha, and a waitlist is kept on the booking calendar. Guests without appointments are asked not to visit so that space stays open for booked clients. The salon also sells R+Co and BLEU products for clients to use at home after a service.

Tailors each visit to the client's needs and lifestyle, favoring low-maintenance styles and natural-looking color.
