The salon is owned by Rachel, its owner and head stylist, who set out to run her own salon and has worked in Middleboro for 32 years. Some of the stylists on the team were once clients of the salon, and Rachel has loyal clients who have followed her work over time. The salon describes its team as having more than 30 years of combined experience.

Haircuts include children's cuts, teen cuts, shampoo-and-cut services, clipper cuts with or without shears, beard and bang trims, and a spray-down cut. Chemical services include root color, full and partial foil highlights, balayage, color removal, toners and glosses, perms, corrective color, and a six-month keratin treatment. Waxing covers eyebrows, upper lip, and chin.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Thursday through Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a $25 fee may apply to changes made with less notice.
