Facial menus run from a 50-minute back treatment and a 60-minute custom Renew Facial to a 75-minute dermaplaning session and a Four Layer Facial of 75 minutes or more. The R&R Facial pairs a 90-minute massage with facial work, beginning with the back. Add-ons such as a hydrating jelly mask, a firming eye treatment, a relaxing scalp massage and a foot treatment can be combined with facials and massages.

Massage options include the R&R Massage, a 90-minute session with aromatherapy, hot stones, sugar scrub and a back mud mask; the Relax Massage, a Swedish massage in 30, 60 or 90 minutes; and the Relief Massage, a firm, deep tissue session in 50, 75 or 90 minutes aimed at chronic muscle tension and pain. The Regrounds Massage is a 45-minute session focused on the head, neck, shoulders, face, hands and feet, and it can also be added to massages of 30 to 75 minutes. The R&R Experience is a 2.5-hour package in which clients choose a primary and secondary service, a relief or relaxation focus, and add-ons.

The studio also offers lash lifts that last up to 8 weeks, lash and brow tints, brow lamination, and a full waxing menu covering the face, body and intimate areas. Waxing prices vary and are listed on the booking site.

New clients book their first appointment online. Changes and scheduling questions go by phone or text rather than email. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead are free; later changes are charged half the service fee, and day-of cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. Visitors park in spaces marked Visitor, and the suite is reached by stairs in the 300 building.
