Willa Spa is run by its owner, Johanna McKenzie, who handles every appointment herself. The studio focuses on a relaxed, welcoming visit where clients can unwind, and it is set up for one client at a time rather than a busy floor of stylists.

The menu spans several areas. Facials include express, teen, signature and seasonal options, along with dermaplaning, microdermabrasion for the face alone or with the neck and d\u00e9collet\u00e9, and an ultrasonic glow treatment. Lashes cover extensions, lash lifts, tinting and fills on a schedule from one to four weeks, plus a transition fill for clients coming from another salon. Brows, nails and waxing round out the list.

Some services are bundled. Teen pricing applies to clients 19 and younger for pedicures. Booking policies include a 50% fee for changes made within 24 hours of an appointment, a full charge for same-day cancellations, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing for bookings from $50 to $4,000, which needs approval before the visit.

Every visit is one-on-one with the owner, and treatments are adjusted to each client's needs.
