On arrival, guests have a private changing room and a locker, and receive a robe, slippers, towels, and body wash, shampoo and conditioner for private showers. The facility includes a quiet salt room, a dry sauna, and a Tea Room. The saunas are custom built with stone and eco-harvested cedar and hold 100 lbs of lava rock. The Sauna & Relaxation Hour is a 60-minute self-guided visit with access to the sauna, salt room and relaxation space.

Facials run from custom versions in 30, 60 and 90 minutes to named treatments such as the Lymphatic Glow Facial, Enzyme Dermaplaning Facial and Organic 5-Layer Peel. Enhancements including peels, red and blue light therapy, lip and eye treatments can be added to facials. Massage menu options include Swedish at $130 for 60 minutes and $185 for 90 minutes, and Hot Stone at $215 for 90 minutes. Couples massages must be booked online as two separate appointments at the same date and time, and pregnancy massage can only be booked after the first trimester.

Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early, since late arrivals do not receive extra time. Phones and tablets must be silenced in the spa. Gratuity of 25% to 30% is customary and given at the check-out desk, and is not included in prices. The spa accepts cash and major credit and debit cards but not checks. Products are not returnable. Free parking is available on E. Orange Grove Ave.
