The menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, enhancements, a men's manicure, nail art add-ons and additional services such as repairs and removals. The Classic Manicure is finished with regular polish and is suggested every four to six weeks. The Signature Gel Manicure uses gel polish cured under UV or LED light, lasts two weeks or more, and is suggested every two to three weeks, without fill-ins. Enhancements include Gel X soft gel tips in a range of shapes and lengths, a Natural Nail Overlay with soft gel, hard gel or polygel that adds no length, and fill-ins.

Pedicures include the Luxury Wellness Pedicure, a waterless service with a foot steam, hydration mousse, callus care and a calf and foot massage, and the Release, Relax, Restore Pedicure, which adds an exfoliating scrub, foot mask, warm towel wrap and hot stones. Gel polish can be added to either pedicure, and any pedicure can be added to another service as a package called The Works.

Nail art is priced in five tiers, from simple accents and dots to hand-painted designs, ombré, marble and 3D elements, with French tip options. Simpler tiers cover one or two nails, while the larger tiers cover full sets and take longer. Art requests cannot be fitted in on the same day, and inspiration photos or details should be texted at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Clients can pay in cash, by credit or debit card, or by Zelle. Booking requires valid payment information but no deposit, and a card on file is charged only for a no-call or no-show. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $25 fee. The salon also sells prepaid cards in four values and offers a 10% birthday discount and a yearly 10% discount for first responders, healthcare workers, educators and military personnel.

The salon focuses on giving each client personal attention in a relaxed, peaceful setting, with a goal of leaving clients feeling pampered and cared for.
