Skincare starts with a consultation and a skin analysis, so each facial can be shaped around the client's concerns. Clients are also taught which ingredients affect how skin looks and feels, and they can get help building a routine at home. Clients planning for a wedding or special event can book a package of four maintenance facials across the four months beforehand. When two friends book facials together on the same day, one of them can add a free treatment, such as a brow or lip wax, an extended facial massage or an LED light treatment.

Lash services include extensions and lifts, and every client can start with a free lash consultation.

Makeup is offered for weddings, photoshoots, parties and other events, and bridal makeup can be done on location. For brides, the business offers look advice, skincare recommendations and a morning-of timeline, and it sends skincare tips and session prep guidelines to the whole wedding party ahead of the day. A Makeup & Memories package at $350 pairs a full-face makeup session with a lifestyle photography session. Exclusive wedding package pricing is available to clients who book the makeup artist, photographer and videographer together. The business also recommends collaborating vendors, including a wedding photographer, a videographer, a floral design studio, hairstylists and a dessert maker.

Payment is taken in cash, by Venmo or Apple Pay, due when the service is complete, and checks are accepted for bridal bookings and final bridal payments made 10 days before the wedding. Bridal clients pay a non-refundable deposit to hold their date, while other services require no deposit. On-location makeup carries a travel fee based on the miles driven from the artist's starting point to the client and back. A 20% gratuity is added to on-location makeup and to bridal parties of five or more, and gratuity is accepted on all beauty services. Clients who have an allergy or simply prefer it may bring their own makeup.
