The braiding and twist menu includes braid take-downs, wash and blow-dry with braid down, two strand and mini two strand twists, finger coils, twist outs and flexi rodsets. Chemical services include relaxer touch-ups, virgin relaxers, perms, and single process color from the roots or from roots to ends, along with a semi-permanent rinse. Extension and wig work covers crochet, sew-ins, clip-ins, skip tracks, ponytails, glueless wig installs, wig washes and recurls, and a full weave with a leave-out. The silk press is a longer service that begins with a clarifying and a moisturizing shampoo and a hydration steam before the blow-dry, press and style.

Treatments can be added to a visit or booked on their own. Olaplex bond repair is meant to rebuild bonds in hair that have been weakened by chemical services, heat styling and environmental stress. A protein antibreakage treatment is suggested every four to six weeks, a scalp exfoliation detox removes flakes and soothes the scalp, and a herbal hair growth oil is also offered. A one-on-one hair consultation covers an assessment of hair and scalp, a discussion of goals and a plan for the visit.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 8 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 30% of the service to a saved card, and the booking deposit counts toward that charge. Many services require a $25 deposit when booked through the booking site; deposits are non-refundable and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Clients should book the exact service they want, since added services can't be guaranteed. Extra guests and children aren't allowed unless they are being serviced. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
