The practice calls its method U-centered care, meaning each patient receives a customized plan. A first visit is a consultation of about 30 minutes to an hour that looks at aesthetic, regenerative and wellness needs, and it includes a body composition analysis. The first appointment also covers a detailed review of medical history, a physical exam and a lab review. Diagnostic testing is discussed at that visit, with the options and costs explained before anything is ordered. Plans are built from the consultation, lab testing and evidence-based treatments, and the approach treats the body as a connected system.

Services fall into several groups. Advanced treatments include hormone therapy, botulinum toxin, fillers, BEA therapy, InBody 580 assessments, IV therapies, peptide-assisted medical weight loss and peptide and exosome-assisted regenerative medicine. The aesthetics menu covers injectables, laser skin and hair treatments, microneedling-based and radiofrequency treatments, body contouring and a nonsurgical breast and butt lift. Wellness services add extracorporeal shock wave therapy, men and women's sexual health care, NAD+ therapy, vitamin injections, research peptide consultations and supplement consultations. An on-site infusion suite provides same-day IV medication administration, and the practice offers a proprietary IV blend called Quell's Blend, a version of the Myers cocktail. The infusion center also serves as an alternative site of care for certain IVIG, SQIG and monoclonal antibody infusions, overseen by sister practices.
