The practice calls its method U-centered care, meaning each patient receives a customized plan. A first visit is a consultation of about 30 minutes to an hour that looks at aesthetic, regenerative and wellness needs, and it includes a body composition analysis. The first appointment also covers a detailed review of medical history, a physical exam and a lab review. Diagnostic testing is discussed at that visit, with the options and costs explained before anything is ordered. Plans are built from the consultation, lab testing and evidence-based treatments, and the approach treats the body as a connected system.

Services fall into several groups. Advanced treatments include hormone therapy, botulinum toxin, fillers, BEA therapy, InBody 580 assessments, IV therapies, peptide-assisted medical weight loss and peptide and exosome-assisted regenerative medicine. The aesthetics menu covers injectables, laser skin and hair treatments, microneedling-based and radiofrequency treatments, body contouring and a nonsurgical breast and butt lift. Wellness services add extracorporeal shock wave therapy, men and women's sexual health care, NAD+ therapy, vitamin injections, research peptide consultations and supplement consultations. Hair restoration includes PRP and exosome therapy for hair loss.

An on-site infusion suite provides same-day IV medication administration, and the practice offers a proprietary IV blend called Quell's Blend, a version of the Myers cocktail. The infusion center also serves as an alternative site of care for certain IVIG, SQIG and monoclonal antibody infusions, overseen by sister practices. The practice has said it plans to add ketamine, TMS, hyperbaric oxygen, massage therapy, acupuncture, psychotherapy, yoga and neuropsychiatry as it grows.

Payment is handled directly. The practice does not bill medical insurance and accepts cash, check, credit, debit and HSA cards, with payment expected when services are rendered. Payment plans are available. A cash membership costs $299 per month and includes priority scheduling for same-day services, one aesthetic treatment per month from a listed choice, and member discounts on IV, supplement, injection and wellness treatments. A credit card is taken to hold reservations, and missed appointments are subject to a financial policy. At least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations. A free, no-obligation phone consultation with its doctors can be requested through an online form and receives a reply within 24 hours.

Treatment plans look at the body as a connected system and are built after an expert consultation, lab testing and evidence-based options, with the patient's needs at the center of each plan.
