The lash menu runs from classic sets, which place one extension on each natural lash, to hybrid sets that mix single extensions with light volume fans, and volume and mega volume sets that build several lightweight fans on each lash. Wet sets use closed, narrow fans or spiky classic lashes for a glossy, defined finish, and anime sets are also offered. UV extensions are applied with an LED light and a photoinitiated adhesive that cures under the light. The business says UV sets bond more strongly and last longer, and that they can reduce sensitivity and curing time compared with traditional lash glue. Fill-ins are available for classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and UV sets, usually two to three weeks after a full set, and need at least half of the lashes still in place.

Spray tans are done with MineTan solution, a self-tanning line with formulas adjusted to skin tone. A tan takes at least 15 minutes, and clients are asked to exfoliate 24 hours beforehand and arrive with only lotion on their hands, elbows and feet. A monthly spray tan membership covers one tan a week. Permanent jewelry is offered by appointment, using custom-fit gold or silver chains that are welded closed with no clasp.

Education is a major part of the business. The IDOH 45 Hour Lash Course is designed for beginners as well as experienced beauty professionals who want certification. It includes hands-on training and mentorship, and can be taken one-on-one or in a group. The Spray Tan Course covers skin prep, color matching across skin tones, solution knowledge, spray technique, client consultations, aftercare, sanitation and safety, and pricing and marketing for a spray tan business.

For lash appointments, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, with no mascara for 72 hours beforehand and no curling or crimping for 24 hours beforehand, and to wear no makeup during the visit. A lash service deposit of $30 is required when booking, and a $10 cleaning fee applies if lashes need cleaning. Children are not permitted at lash appointments. Lash services do not accept cancellations, and the cancellation policy states there are no refunds. Late arrivals to a lash fill-in are charged the full total if they arrive 10 minutes or more late. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment.
