Presses are offered at four levels, from a basic maintenance visit of about 45 minutes to a full treatment press of around three hours. Quick weave appointments take about 3 hours 30 minutes. Before a visit, clients should arrive with hair free of any previous style and fully detangled, which avoids additional fees.

Services are open to children ages 4 and up. Kid pricing applies to children who qualify, and children's appointments often run longer than adult ones, so questions about them are best sent by text or direct message. A short in-person consultation of about 15 minutes is available for clients who want to talk through their options first.

Booking requires a non-refundable $15 deposit on every service, which is credited toward the balance. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late results in cancellation. Payment is accepted by cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. One guest and well-behaved children may accompany a client.
