Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Arriving 15 minutes late brings a $30 late fee, and arriving 30 minutes late may mean the appointment is cancelled or can be kept with a $40 fee. Some services require a deposit; $25 is a common amount, with $20 applied to the balance and $5 a tax fee. Clients who have not booked in four months are charged the new client fee again. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once purchased. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients can text the business with questions.
