Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the service. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment; card or other payment methods add a $5 upcharge. Appointments should be booked six hours ahead, or a $30 emergency or after-hours fee applies, and clients should text first to check availability. Directions are sent by text before the visit, so a phone number is needed when scheduling. Booking includes a liability waiver that covers the risks of applying and removing extensions, such as irritation and redness.
Clients may reschedule once, in advance. All payments are non-refundable, and a no-call or no-show is charged 100%. Late clients should text or call, since appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes and the deposit is forfeited. Traveling appointments must be booked 24 hours ahead. Questions and emergency bookings are handled by text at (618) 579-5510.
