Founder and CEO Jodi Shays had worked as a facialist, brow artist and waxologist near Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills before starting the business, and its menu still centers on those disciplines. The company now runs four locations: Culver City, Dallas, Seattle and Omaha.

The business says it puts customer service and lasting relationships with guests ahead of sales, and that its service standards draw on British standards of excellence and etiquette. Facials are chosen to suit each client's skin rather than given as one standard treatment, and the salon states its facial protocols are based on more than 20 years of skincare experience.

A visit is by appointment, and services take place in private rooms. Waxing is adjusted to each client's comfort level, brow work is shaped around the client's face and goals, and airbrush spray tans are matched to skin tone.

Signature services include the Brazilian wax, which the salon says has earned Allure's Best of Beauty award year after year, along with the NanoGlow Korean facial, the Queen Bee Sculpting Ritual and the microcurrent facial. Discounted service packages and memberships are available, and Culver City and Dallas offer prepaid packages. Treatments are customized to each client's skin, comfort and goals rather than standardized, and the business says its staff do not push products.
