Jaz built the studio around customized facials, and each one is tailored to the client's skin. The menu runs from a 30-minute teen facial and a 40-minute back facial to a one-hour signature facial, a microdermabrasion facial of about 80 minutes, and an acne facial that uses salicylic acid to unclog pores. A first-time client facial begins with a consultation and personalized product suggestions. Hydrating facials are designed for sensitive and dry skin and include LED light, and an ingrown hair removal facial is designed for men dealing with shaving-related ingrown hairs.

Waxing covers the face, brows, arms, legs, underarms, back, stomach and chest, along with a full body service that takes about three and a half hours. Brazilian and bikini waxes are priced and timed by how long it has been since the last wax. The First Timer Brazilian is built as a step-by-step visit for clients new to waxing. Eyebrow lamination is offered only to clients with thick, curly brow hair, and eyebrow tint lasts up to two weeks. Men's waxing is on The King Menu, which covers shoulders, back, stomach and legs.

Booking runs through Square. Online bookings are requests that Jaz confirms by text, and a card on file holds the appointment. Appointments can be booked at least 18 hours ahead and up to 60 days out. Deposits are 30% of the service price, or 50% for lip, chin, nose, sideburns, stomach strip and brow wax. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. A no-show without cancelling or speaking with Jaz is charged the full appointment. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early, and a 10-minute grace period applies, after which the visit may be shortened. Guests wait in the lobby for client privacy, and clients under 17 may have a parent in the room if they say so when booking. Prices are shown before tax. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $100, $150 or a custom amount, and clients can book their next visit at checkout.

Before waxing, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch and skip shaving for two to three weeks, and to exfoliate gently one to two days ahead rather than the day of. Waxing is not done on sunburned, broken or irritated skin. Clients using retinol, Retin-A, Accutane or other prescription skin products should mention them before booking. Retinol should be stopped in the waxing area five to seven days beforehand, and Accutane users should wait six months after finishing before facial waxing. The salon suggests rebooking every three to four weeks, and booking a facial five to seven days before an event.

Facials are customized to each client's skin, and the studio describes its products as premium.
