Clients who had lashes done at another salon can book a salon transfer, which requires that at least 30% of the previous lashes remain. Brow services include brow tinting, brow lamination, which sets brow hair in a uniform shape for about six weeks, and a deluxe brow lamination that adds a brow tint and a 24K gold collagen eye mask. The facial menu ranges from an express facial to signature, acne, brightening and dermaplaning glow facials, with microdermabrasion and dermaplaning available as add-ons and microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) offered as a separate treatment. Waxing covers lip, chin, eyebrow, underarm and full face.

Head spa services are priced by hair length. A 30-minute Japanese-style headspa hair wash and a 45-minute Signature Scalp Ritual are both offered, with the longer ritual described as a scalp and hair wellness experience. Pricing may be adjusted for exceptionally thick or extra-long hair.

Appointments can be cancelled by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling later or not showing up results in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
