The menu is built around skincare. Facials range from a 30-minute Glow and Go Mini Facial to the 1-hour-10-minute Glass Skin Facial, and each facial is customized to the client's concerns, chosen from a menu sorted by concern. Specialty options include Custom Smart Peels, Dermaplane-corrective and Microchanneling Infusion facials, and a Salmon DNA Infusion Facial suited to sensitive skin. Four skin bootcamps (Acne, Anti-Aging, Hyperpigmentation and Glow-Up) run as series of treatments and can be paid through a payment plan. Brow and lash services include lash lifts, lash tints, brow lamination and brow shaping and tinting. Body and face waxing is also offered, using a wax free of pine resin that suits sensitive skin, and threading is available. Massage is offered through the spa's massage therapist. Booking is by appointment only, by phone at 281-758-1988 or online, with instant confirmation and payment through the Fresha app. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 20% fee, and no-shows who do not call are charged 50%. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and late treatments are shortened while the full price still applies. Children must be arranged elsewhere unless they are receiving services. Parties of four or more should contact the spa, and a contract and deposit are required; an 18% gratuity is added to all spa parties, and the sauna can be included for group bookings. Gift certificates can be bought in any amount in person, by phone or online and expire after one year. Unopened retail products may be returned for store credit within seven days.
