Lash services include customized extension sets fitted to each client's eye shape, facial features and natural lashes, along with a more luxury option that starts with an in-depth styling consultation. Clients who want a lift without extensions can book a Korean lash lift, which curls natural lashes from the root and can be paired with a custom tint. Lash fills are offered with timing and retention requirements, and lash removal takes off extensions while leaving natural lashes in place.

Brow work at the studio includes custom shaping, which involves mapping, trimming and waxing, along with brow lamination that sets and directs hairs for a fuller, raised appearance. Clients can also choose a combined lamination and dye treatment for more definition. According to the studio, lamination holds for 6 to 10 weeks, while the dye stays visible for as long as 10 days on skin and 4 to 6 weeks on the hairs themselves. Lash and brow combinations are sold as packages at fixed prices ranging from $145 to $285.

Palace University offers personalized lash training, eye-styling education and mentorship for artists. Its four-day beginner lash course includes one-on-one instruction, mannequin practice and supervised live-model work, and ends in certification with three months of mentorship. A separate three-day eye course focuses on guided live-model practice and real-time coaching.

Booking policies: deposits are required for many services and are nonrefundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a fee of 30% of the service total applies. No-call, no-shows are charged the full service total to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment.
