Colour work includes single and double process full-head colour, root touch-ups, and Colour Rinse, a temporary colour for covering grey hair. Hair services range from Mane Consultations and Tape In Consults to tapered cuts, big chops, blowouts, twist-outs, curl-defining and set styles, two strand twists, protein and steam hydration treatments, and tape-in installs and removals.

Loc services include starter locs and maintenance for up to 100, 100 to 125, and 126 to 170 locs, along with detox, repair, steam hydration, styling, braids, Bantu knots, Marley twists, and rod-set and pedal work.

Booking requires a card on file, and clients must be at least 16. Additional guests are not allowed in the salon. Clients have a five-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee is added at six minutes, and appointments are cancelled at ten minutes. Changes made through the confirmation email at least 48 hours ahead avoid fees, while later cancellations and reschedules are charged a share of the appointment total. All sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. The salon may take before and after photos or videos of hair for marketing. According to the booking site, the salon is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
