The salon's most distinctive offering is the Man Unit, a custom hair unit made for each client from tracked hair. Track-hair units come in a range of textures to suit different hair types and are said to last about two months with upkeep. Lace or thin skin units last roughly six to eight months and can stay attached for two to six weeks per installation, depending on care. Hair is included in the Man Unit price, and the lace or thin skin option at $800 covers the unit, installation and cut. A non-unit Brush Wave Technique service starts at $200 and holds from one to four weeks depending on upkeep.

Because each unit is made for one person, Man Unit clients must be approved before booking. They email photos of their hair concern and the look they want, and they attend in person since shipping is not offered. Services take place in a private suite. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled within the stated time frame. Clients also agree to a waiver covering legal action and chargebacks after extensions, quick weaves, final styling and chemical or product allergies. Clients may be photographed for promotion, though Man Unit clients' faces are blurred for privacy.

Licensed professionals can take part in the salon's online university, which includes video tutorials on creating Man Units. One-on-one classes start at $1200. The salon also supports nonprofit organizations such as Cancer for a Cause and Hair Cuts for Kids, the latter holding an annual haircut event in Atlanta ahead of the school year.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 6:30pm, Friday from 9am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 2:30pm. The salon is closed Monday, and Sunday visits are by appointment only. The salon states it has worked with celebrity clients from television, music and fashion.
