Pussy Willow Esthetics is located on 16th Avenue Southwest in Seattle's 98106 area. Its services center on brow shaping and tinting, lash tinting, waxing of the face and body, and facial consultations. Ingo Pixel is the owner and esthetician.

Ingo Pixel began working as a makeup artist in 1999, with companies including Elizabeth Arden and MAC Cosmetics. After an office career, she moved into esthetics and enrolled in the Esthetics program at Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in 2015. Her focus is skincare and hair removal.

A visit usually starts with a consultation: a visual skin exam and a conversation about the client's skincare routine, lifestyle, diet and sleep, which leads to a plan. Brows are designed in person with wax, tweezing and trimming, and the shape and tint are chosen for each client's features. Hair removal is done with Relax & Wax products, and tinting uses Intensive products.

Bookings require a card on file, which is not charged without notice first. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, though charges may be waived for legitimate emergencies. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late are texted, and those who have not arrived or responded by 15 minutes are charged 50% as a no-show.

Gift cards are sold online only, in preset amounts of $20, $30, $50 and $100 or a custom amount over $20. They are emailed to the recipient, who can schedule later, do not expire while the business operates, and can be checked online. The shop is open Sunday through Wednesday, 11am to 6pm, and closed Thursday through Saturday.

Brow shape and tint are tailored to each client's features, growth patterns and coloring, and skincare advice is adjusted to each client's skin needs.
