The studio works mainly in hard wax and sugaring. Services span full body waxing, including Brazilian waxing and sugaring, along with face waxing, precision brow mapping and brow shaping, and combinations that pair brow work with lip, chin, ears, nose, cheeks or a beard line up. Treatments are adjusted to each client's skin, hair type and comfort level, and the studio uses gentle techniques and higher-quality products to help limit irritation.

Booking details are set out clearly. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Eyebrow, Full Face, Underarm and new-client brow combo bookings require a deposit of $10, with deposits ranging up to $40 depending on the service; Legs (Full) requires $40. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

After-hours appointments may be possible on request. Clients text the studio with a preferred day, time and service, but these are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance, and additional fees may apply outside regular business hours.
