Cancelling or moving an appointment on fewer than 24 hours' warning can bring a fee, and arriving late may cut the length of the treatment. Each service has its own prep steps: for brows, let them grow for two to three weeks and keep them untouched beforehand. For waxing, let the hair reach roughly a quarter inch and avoid shaving for two to three weeks.

The boutique also sells professional-grade skincare for use between facials, gift cards for spa services, a skincare planner and a self care journal, and a small wellness section with elixirs.
