Every client receives an individualized medical evaluation by a licensed provider before any treatment, and services are provided only after an individualized treatment order. Services are intended for healthy adults 18 and older and are not emergency medical care, so anyone with severe or urgent symptoms is advised to call 911. Walk-ins are welcome, or visits can be booked online. The clinic is open daily from 10am to 4pm, with hours extended to 6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, and the last drips begin one hour before closing. IV bags are mixed fresh under a vent hood rather than pre-mixed.
The menu covers IV drips, vitamin and nutrient injections, memberships, medical weight loss, aesthetic injectables, mobile IV visits and lab testing. The clinic says its menu is curated by licensed medical professionals using evidence-based protocols, and that it is deliberately smaller than some IV clinics because it keeps only ingredients it considers effective. Vitamin infusions include a B vitamin complex, and the clinic says it uses B12 generously. Electrolyte and kidney function testing is available at the Suwanee location. Medically managed weight loss begins with an initial consult, followed by baseline labs, a customized plan and ongoing follow-ups that can be virtual or in clinic. Aesthetic services such as lip flips, Dysport and Xeomin are offered by appointment only.
Among the injectables, the salon lists The Fat Burner Lipostat Plus as suitable for people with a sulfa allergy, and advises against The All In One Lipo Mino for anyone with a known sulfa allergy. Prescription compounds are made and sent out by Premium Healthcare Pharmacy, which mails them to patients when that is clinically appropriate. According to the website, the pharmacy holds a non-resident license from the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy and is LegitScript certified. Legere Pharmaceuticals, a 503B-registered compounding facility, fills NAD+ orders overnight and ships only to the Suwanee clinic. GLP-1 medications come solely from Premium Healthcare Pharmacy.
Each client is evaluated individually by a licensed provider before treatment, and the clinic describes its protocols as evidence-based and its ingredient list as deliberately limited to what it considers effective.
