Every treatment plan is built around the client's goals, and the studio aims for results that develop over time rather than quick fixes. Complimentary consultations are offered for injectable treatments, and a consultation is recommended before dermal fillers. Botox and Dysport unit counts depend on anatomy and the look a client wants, and the free consultation gives an estimate. Virtual consultations are available for a range of skincare services. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Thursday from 10am to 6pm. Saturday openings are arranged by phone, with dates also posted on social media.

The menu runs from the standard HydraFacial through Platinum and Deluxe versions, plus a Back treatment and a Back Clarifying treatment for a deeper cleanse. Customized Medical Facials start with a skin analysis and use medical-grade products for anti-aging, acne or pigmentation concerns. Laser and radiofrequency options include CoolPeel, a non-invasive CO2 resurfacing laser, VirtueRF, VirtueRF Body for larger areas, and The Ultimate Duo, which combines CoolPeel and VirtueRF in one visit. Skin treatments include microneedling, chemical peels and dermaplaning, and a HydraFacial Keravive treatment is offered for the scalp and hair.

The studio runs three monthly membership tiers, The Beauty, The Elegant and The Knockout, designed as year-long treatment plans with VIP access to perks, events and ongoing care. Medical weight loss with semaglutide is offered as a program of at least three to six months with monthly follow-ups and a partnership with a certified health coach. Flexible monthly payment plans are available starting at 0% interest. The studio also sells ZO Skin Health products, which can be ordered by phone or email for delivery or purchased online, and sells gift cards.
