Visits begin with a professional skin assessment or analysis, and the business describes its approach as science-first and education-driven. Clients receive guidance on at-home routines and wellness habits along with their in-studio treatments. Virtual consultations are also available.

Appointments must be booked online through Square, which also handles payments, and walk-ins are not accepted. A credit card is kept on file to book and is charged only for cancellations or no-shows. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and a missed window is charged half the appointment. HSA and FSA benefits can be used, and cash, check and card are accepted. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and they cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and tipping is not added, so it is left to the client's discretion.

Facials range from a 30-minute teen acne treatment to a 75-minute monthly maintenance facial and a signature facial with extractions and massage. Acne Bootcamp is a structured program that typically runs three to six months or longer, depending on acne type. It starts with a one-hour, fifteen-minute onboarding visit that includes a health assessment, product sensitivity testing, a treatment plan and an enzyme facial. Follow-up facials come every two weeks at first, then every three weeks, then monthly as inflammation settles. The business says the program is designed and monitored by acne specialist estheticians who hold Face Reality acne specialist certification.

Waxing covers face, body and Brazilian areas for women, men and teens, using an exclusive wax formula and a hard wax made for the studio by a chemist in New Hampshire. Results typically last three to five weeks. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, product-free skin, and for bikini waxing to shower beforehand and have hair about a quarter to a half inch long. The business says sanitation is a top priority.
