Waxing is the core of the menu. Women's services range from facial and eyebrow work to arms, legs, underarms, stomach, bikini, and butt waxing, and men can book brows, face, chest, stomach, back, shoulders, arms, and intimate waxing. Sugaring is offered for underarms, bikini, partial bikini, and Brazilian. Male intimate waxing is its own menu, from a butt strip to a full Brazilian with boxer brief. Facial services include brow waxing and shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, dermaplaning, and a full face wax. Lash lifts and lash tints are also available.

The studio also offers spray tanning and a Japanese head spa. The signature one-hour head spa includes aromatherapy, a scalp massage, a clarifying shampoo, a 15-minute hair mask, and a facial massage and mask. A 90-minute luxury version is also available, and an upcharge applies for extra-long, thick, or matted hair. Hair is towel and hand dried only, with no blow-drying or styling.

Booking is online, and reminders come by email and text a couple of days ahead. First-time clients should arrive five minutes early for paperwork. Clients more than eight minutes late are treated as no-shows, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Children are not permitted in the studio, and clients under 18 need a parent or guardian at their first visit. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm, and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. The studio says its rates are among the most competitive in the region, and pricing is per service regardless of how much hair a client has.

Focuses on making each client comfortable during waxing, with beds and tools sanitized between clients and gloves worn for every waxing service.
